In February of 1966, Ferrari released new racing cars that can be paired with customised number plate, including the 206 S Dino Spyder. For this model to compete as a Group 4 GT racer, Ferrari needed to produce at least 50 specimens within one year and they were unforunately unable to meet this goal. The 206 S Dino examples that were built were made to compete as prototypes. Though this car was fast, it is not considered one of the most successful racers produced by Ferrari. However, it is considered one of the most beautiful. On May 12, the 206 S Dino will be available for the first time since 1970.
